Applicable law
The website, as well as its terms and conditions of use, is
regulated by the Monegasque law, no matter where the
website is being viewed. After any unsuccessful litigation
and after all attempts to find an amicable solution,
Monegasque Courts will be the only remaining solution.

collected on the website www.onlyyacht.com.
The term ‘personal data’ refers to any information relating

ONLYYACHT undertakes to ensure the confidentiality of
